Return Window
You can return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the day the order is marked Placed.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
How to Start a Return

Open the order from your account.

Use the contact form, choose Order, and include the order number and the pieces you are sending back.

Package the piece securely. This demo does not email a return label or a return address.
Refunds
Nothing was charged, so this demo does not refund a payment method. A return note stays in this browser with the contact message.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, return the piece and place a new order.
