The Case for a Wider Trouser

Wide camel trousers and white shoes, mid-stride.

A wider trouser changes the day more than a new shirt does. The leg has room to move, the hem breaks once, and the silhouette stays calm from morning into the evening.

We cut it with a relaxed rise and a straight fall, wide enough to feel easy and narrow enough that it still reads as tailored. It works with a linen shirt, a knit, or nothing more than a tee.

Comfort here is not looseness for its own sake. It is a shape you can wear often, without it dating itself the next season.
